Woodbridge Landlord Elith Parada Arrested A 43-year-old man was charged with abduction after a dispute with a much younger, female tenant in Woodbridge, police said. Elith Samuel Parada was arguing with the 23-year-old tenant at a home on the 2700 block of Burrough Hill Lane in Woodbridge around 10:30 p.m. april 21, when he physically prevented her from leaving the home, county police said. After an "extended period of time," the victim was able to leave the home and called police. No injuries were reported.
