40-Year-Old East Orange Man Fatally Shot In Newark: Prosecutor A 40-year-old East Orange man was shot and killed in Newark on Sunday, April 28, authorities said. At 8:43 p.m., Newark police responded to the 300 block of Osborne Terrace and found, Deshaun Winston unresponsive at the location, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens, II and Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Frage said. 14-Year-Old Girl Struck By Vehicle In Warren County: Njsp A teenage girl was struck by a vehicle in Warren County on the afternoon of Sunday, April 28, authorities said. At 5:49 p.m., a vehicle was traveling on Belvidere Road in Harmony Township when it struck a 14-year-old girl in the roadway, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.  The girl sustained minor injuries, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.

At 2:22 p.m., a vehicle was traveling on Spring Valley Road in Hardwick Township when it lost directional control and overturned, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. No injuries were reported on scene and the crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
