Ten of 13 businesses visited during a liquor compliance check by Norwalk Police and the state Liquor Control Division passed without any issues.
The check was held Friday, Oct. 19 at various locations within the city, the Norwalk Police said.
The non-compliant locations had violations ranging from underage consumption of alcohol to administrative violations.
Penalties include fines to suspensions of liquor permits based on previous violation history, police said.
Future operations have been planned for the upcoming months.
