NORWALK, Conn. — A Stamford woman was charged with stealing patients' credit card information while working as a receptionist for a Norwalk doctor, according to the Hour.
Rashel Williams, 35, was charged with identity theft, second-degree forgery, illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny, the Hour reported.
Police had asked the public's help last month in seeking Williams . Police said that she had taken the credit card and check information from patients while working at the doctor's office.
Williams was held on a $40,000 bond the Hour reported.
