According to police, the shooting was reported Oct. 19, when officers responded to the area of 176 Main St. As officers were arriving on the scene, they received a report from Norwalk Hospital that a man, Kevin Rosiclair, 18, had walked into the emergency room with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, police said.
Norwalk Detective Fitzmaurice, with the assistance of other members of the Detective Bureau, conducted a detailed investigation. Wiggins was identified as the person responsible for shooting Rosiclair, police said.
