Tracey Edwards, 41, was allegedly involved in a domestic incident in Bridgeport. He then reportedly led Bridgeport police in a chase along Interstate 95, thehour.com reported.
Bridgeport police were notified and subsequently positioned themselves off of exit 16 where they encountered Edwards. The chase ended when Edwards crashed into a parked car and a cruiser. Edwards tried to flee on foot but was quickly caught by officers, thehour.com said.
Edwards was charged with interfering with an officer, two counts of evading responsibility, failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop, engaging in a pursuit and reckless driving, thehour.com reported.
