NORWALK, Conn. — A Norwalk man was charged this week with breaking into a restaurant on Wall Street in Norwalk back in June, according to the Hour.
The burglary took place in June when employees arrived at the restaurant and found that the cash register had been opened and money was taken out, the Hour reported. Norwalk Police began investigating, and developed physical evidence and video surveillance that identified 47-year-old Bobby Rock as the suspect, police told the Hour.
A warrant was issued for Rock's arrest, and it was served while he was appearing in court on Tuesday for an unrelated incident, the Hour reported. Rock, who is currently incarcerated, was charged with burglary, larceny and criminal mischief, according to the Hour.
