NORWALK, Conn. – Neather Marie Shaw, of Norwalk, died on Monday, June 22. She was 89.
Shaw was born on April 8, 1926, in Orangeburg County, S.C., to Luckey Martin and Texie Mack.
She worked at Corday Manufacturing until her retirement.
She was predeceased by her husband. James, and daughter Barbara Ann.
Shaw is survived by her son; Nathaniel “Pete” Shaw and his wife Wendy, seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Helen Sellers and Lurine Smalls.
Visiting hours will be on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Bethel AME Church, at 19 Academy St., in Norwalk, with services to follow.
Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery in Norwalk
