The storm knocked out power to hundreds of homes in Norwalk on Sunday and Monday, and as of 1 p.m. on Tuesday there were still 76 Eversource customers in the city without power.

Strong winds also brought down trees in the city, such as this large one on Oakwood Court. Erin Herring shared these photos of the downed tree with the Daily Voice. She was home when it came falling down, and said it was so loud she at first thought a plane might have crashed.
