Norwalk's Person-To-Person Volunteer Anita Osborne Named 'Hometown Hero'

NORWALK, Conn. -- Anita Osborne was recently named a News 12 Connecticut “Hometown Hero” for her 11-year dedication to helping feed those in need.

Osborne is a volunteer at the Person-to-Person food pantry in Norwalk, where she stocks food and helps clients find what they are looking food. She is passionate about helping others who simply do not have enough to eat and feels blessed that there is an organization like Person-to-Person for her to serve.

She is proud to say that the quality of food at the pantry has increased throughout the years and she is pleased that the pantry can now distribute more fresh food, as well as non-perishable items.
