What Makes It Pasta Perfect: Chef Pasquale Pascarella opened his modern Italian trattoria in October 2012 and quickly gained a following for his house made pastas, artisan pizza, signature meatballs, and seasonal ingredient driven.

Worth Special Mention: While the foundation of Chef Pat’s food is deeply rooted in his Italian heritage, his forward thinking and creativity takes this often modest cuisine to whole new level. The restaurant's wine and cocktail program is just as innovative and robust as its food. And customers rave over the ambiance: Wrapped in rustic wood furnishings, red and white checked flooring, exposed brick walls, and artwork where the pig reigns supreme.
