NORWALK, Conn. -- Want to learn more about Paleo and the Whole 30 diets? Interested in how they compare to other popular diets?
A dietary intern at University of Saint Joseph, Kristen Tallodi, will share information on four popular diets and how they compare to evidence-based diet like the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension Tuesday, April 19 at Norwalk Community College.
Tallodi is a 2007 exercise science alumnus of the college. She will be available to questions and distribute handouts to students and staff at an interactive table.
Tallodi is currently in preparation to become a Registered Dietitian. She has fitness certifications, including Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine, and group certifications such as Spinning and TRX.
Tallodi teaches group fitness classes at the New Canaan YMCA, and Orange Theory Fitness.

The program will run from noon to 2 p.m. on the West Campus, in the lobby of the Center for Science, Health & Wellness at the college, 188 Richards Ave., Norwalk.
