Longtime Stamford Middle-Eastern Restaurant To Close Its Doors

STAMFORD, Conn. -- The end of the year means the end of the line for The Fez, in business since 2010.

The Stamford restaurant, known for its live music, its community outreach and its Moroccan-inspired food, will close its doors on Saturday, December 30. 

"We have developed so many friendships and loyal customers over the years, and they shall be missed, but the time has come to pursue other endeavors and devote more time to our family," reads the notice sent by Owners Nancy and Fred Laist. The two have owned the restaurant since 2015.
