The new juice bar is an organic beverage café offering more than 30 juices and smoothies, all created with fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, according to its website.
The owners and operators of Fragrant Basil Juice Café are husband and wife Sean and Tanisha Williams, who live in Norwalk.
Both Williams are from the island of Jamaica, according to the company's website. Sean Williams has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel and fast food industry, while Tanisha Williams is a seasoned personal chef with more than 22 years of cooking experience.
The store's hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays. For more information, check out the website.
