Hiring is now underway for the new Chick-fil-A restaurant, with upwards of 120 positions to fill at the new location at 467 Connecticut Ave.

Chick-fil-A franchise owner Archer Bullock is hard at work preparing for the highly anticipated grand opening later this fall.
He is hiring for full- and part-time workers for all areas of the restaurant, including leadership positions focused on talent, training and administrative support. A key need is for kitchen team members as well as full-time counter and kitchen employees.
Restaurant team members have Sundays off and flexible schedules.
Noted for the family atmosphere at the restaurants, Chick-fil-A has been named one of the “best places to work” by Glassdoor.
Workers have opportunities for leadership development and promotions that lead to management roles. Team members are also eligible for the chain’s initiative, Remarkable Futures, which provides $4.9 million in scholarships annually.

The official opening date has not yet been set for the Chick-fil-A, but it promises to be a big event: The chain is famous for its 24-hour lead-up and giveaways when new restaurants open.
Chick-fil-A is famous for its chicken sandwiches, nuggets, wraps and salads — and even dishes up breakfast.
The closest Chick-fil-A restaurants can be found in Danbury and Brookfield.
