NORWALK, Conn. – Norwalk’s first major snowfall of the season has mostly subsided, but the city’s roads were still slick Tuesday from the morning’s storm. Police were advising drivers to be careful if they decide to head out.
“If you don’t need to go out, please stay inside today,” Norwalk police Sgt. Lisa Cotto said Tuesday morning. “It does not look like a lot of snow, but there could still be black ice.”
