Frost Advisory For Norwalk Before Rain Moves Into Area

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for northern Fairfield County from 3 to 8 a.m. Wednesday before showers move into the area for the remainder of the week.

Temperatures are expected to drop to the low to mid-30s on Tuesday night, which could create frost in some areas. Residents are advised to cover sensitive vegetation to prevent damage.

Mostly sunny skies will allow temperatures to rebound into the mid-60s on Wednesday before clouds bring the chance of rain after 9 p.m. Temperatures will drop into the high 40s.

Clouds and the threat of showers will remain on Thursday, with a high temperature of 59 degrees. Chance of rain is 50 percent.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and a high temperature of about 64 degrees.
