NORWALK, Conn. – Marilyn Rowe took the top spot in the annual Oak Hills Women's Golf Association Championship last week at Oak Hills Park Golf Course in Norwalk. She won the two-day tournament with a score of 173.
Competitors were also divided into "flights" based on handicap. Marge Connolly won the A-flight with a 182. She defeated Mary Ann Cappiello in a two-hole playoff.
B-flight champion was Pat Campbell (184), C-flight champion was Sharon Weaver (187) and D-flight champion was Rita Festo (214).
