The team has 21 athletes ranging from ages 14 to 37 -- Mike, the owner.

Team members are Xtreme Cheer co-owner Mike Talbot, Angel Neris, Dilmer Bonifacio, Ricky Carter, Anthony Munoz, Cobie Jones, Benjamin Porter, Dayne Blackwood, Isaiah Graham, Jackson McGoldrick, Zach Wallace, Marcello August, James Simmons, Sophia Buitrago, Nicole Wamser, Ashley Pickering, Lara Gabriele, Victoria Leon, Samantha Konspore, Katie Ferguson, Jamie Palumbo and Jaimie Figueroa.

Xtreme's Shimmer team qualified for the Summit, a prestigious national event, in its first competition of the year. Shimmer is a Junior Level 3 team.

Xtreme's Senior Coed restricted level 5 team, Fire, qualified for the Summit in early January. Fire also just won last weekend's competition and was grand champion.

"This is the best year we've ever had,'' said co-owner Dana Talbot. "The teams have progressed and are really nailing it in competition."
