Norwalk Babe Ruth Cancels Registration Planned For Tuesday

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk Babe Ruth Baseball has canceled registration scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27.

Norwalk Babe Ruth has canceled registration planned for Tuesday. Registration planned for Thursday is still expected to occur.

The league still plans to hold registration on Thursday, Jan. 29. Visit the Norwalk Babe Ruth website to keep apprised of developments.

Norwalk Babe Ruth is taking 2015 registrations for the following:

2015 Spring Season - 13 Prep Division $300*
2015 Spring Season - 14/15 Division $225*
2015 Spring Pre-Season - $80
(14 yo 8th graders & 14/15s not playing high school baseball)
2015 Spring Season - 16-18 Senior Babe Ruth Division $225*

All spring season fees include $20 worth of NAA Raffle Tickets. Players can get the $20 back if you sell the 20 tickets.

Age requirements for each division are as follows:

13-15: Any player born prior to May 1, 2002 and on or after May 1, 1999 will be eligible for Babe Ruth 13-15 League competition.

16-18: Any player born prior to May 1, 1999 and on or after January 1, 1996 will be eligible for Babe Ruth 16-18 League competition.

All registrations will be in-person on the following dates and times at Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Ave. Thursday's registration will take place in the Second Floor Lounge from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
