WESTPORT, Conn. — Five members of the Saugatuck Rowing Club athletes on Wednesday signed National Letters of Intent to compete in Division I collegiate rowing programs.

The athletes and their college choices (as pictured from left, above) are:

  • Eden Schumer, a student at Staples High School, will attend Duke University;
  • Sydney Kend, a student at New Canaan High School, will attend University of California at Berkeley;
  • Kelsey McGinley, a student at Staples High School, will attend Stanford University;
  • Brooke Schwab, a student at Staples High School, will attend Boston College; and
  • Natalie DiLeo, a student at Fairfield Warde High School, will attend the University of Massachusetts.
