Fairfield Olympian Visits Stamford Rink Sunday For Hockey Day In America

STAMFORD, Conn. – NBC Sports Group and the National Hockey League are celebrating the fourth annual Hockey Day in America on Sunday, March, 2 at Chelsea Piers Connecticut in Stamford.

Fairfield’s Julie Chu will visit Chelsea Piers Connecticut along with Meghan Duggan. Both were part of the United States women's hockey team that won a silver medal at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. NHL alumni also plan to attend.

Fans are welcome beginning at 10:30 a.m. The fans will be part of a live audience for NBC from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
