Connecticut Boat Club Hosts Learn-To-Row Camp In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Connecticut Boat Club, the state's leading all-girls rowing team, is offering a spring camp starting Wednesday, May 21, in Norwalk.

The spring learn-to-row camp will run from 4 to 6 p.m. from May 21 to 29 at the Norwalk location. All interested high school students are welcome but spaces are filling quickly and interested attendees are asked to email Coach Liz Trond at Liz@ctboatclub.org to sign up. The cost is $175 for one week.

"And keep your eyes peeled for more information about CBC‘s summer rowing program which will begin June 23 and end August 15 featuring four two week sessions for experienced and new rowers," representatives said in a press release.

The group won Varsity 8+ silver medals at Mercer Sprints, N.J. in April.
