NORWALK, Conn. The kids might celebrate, but then again they might not. But any Halloween parties scheduled for school on Monday are off.
With five schools without electricity, Superintendent Susan Marks has canceled classes for Monday. She had no idea whether school would open Tuesday but said she hoped so.
She agreed it was too bad about Halloween, but "maybe they can get an early start on their Christmas shopping."
