Norwalk Library Will Host College Planning Session

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Education Foundation and the Norwalk Library will co-host a forum on planning for college on Wednesday, Oct. 8, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the library.

Dan Sullivan, guidance department chair at Norwalk High School, will cover the college application and selection process; Dawn Leeds, guidance chair at Brien McMahon High School will provide an overview on Naviance, the online college planning tool used by all Norwalk middle schools and high schools; and John Pearson of Barnum Financial Group will discuss financial aid documents as well as how to find out how much financial aid each college provides.
