The NHS Bears Cheerleaders are raising money to attend summer camp at the National Cheerleading Associations – Lake Bryn Mawr Camp in Honesdale, Pa.

The team needs money for transportation and team gear. They are attending Camp Lake Bryn Mawr’s program, which has an intensive four-day curriculum to learn the proper balance of skill, leadership, technique and character.

The NCA seeks to instill in young people the values and habits that will enable them to compete, endure, and become successful in life; preparation, dedication, tenacity, perseverance, self-sacrificing, teamwork and leadership.

The event will be at the Norwalk Eagles Club, 6 Mott Ave., Norwalk.
