Norwalk Community College Screening World War II Films

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk Community College's Baker Library has partnered with BBC America Worldwide to show three films in late August to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II.

The films will be screened from 2-3:30 p.m. Aug. 25-27 in room E230 on the NCC East Campus.

While the free films are not "military war films," they cover a variety of fascinating issues surrounding World War II.

Here's the schedule:

"Copenhagen" on Aug. 25 with professor Steve Berizzi

"Castles in the Sky" on Aug. 26 with professor Robert Hall

"Wodehouse in the Exile" on Aug. 27 with professor Laurel Peterson.
