There will be a staggered entry day for Norwalk students Monday. Half of kindergarten students will report to school, along with students in first through fifth grades at the elementary schools, sixth grade students at the middle schools, all students at Norwalk High School and ninth graders at Brien McMahon High School.

All students in grades 1 through 12 and the other half of the kindergarten students will report to school Tuesday.

Among the changes this year is the addition of a new superintendent, Steven J. Adamowski, who was appointed to the position in June. Adamowski is the former superintendent of the Cincinnati schools and Hartford Public Schools.
