Angus Fraser, a junior at the Brunswick School, presented his project “Revolutionizing a 16th-Century Product for the Modern World: A Thermoelectric Chair That Creates Energy from the Human Touch,” at the Connecticut Science and Engineering Fair.
He won multiple awards, including overall first place at the competition, which was March 14 at Quinnipiac University in Hamden.
Yale University and the University of New Haven also issued Fraser special awards in science and engineering.
