The listing at 21 Vista Drive in Indian Point was the first mansion Trump purchased along with his wife at the time, Ivana, in 1981. His ex-wife was awarded the mansion in a property settlement in 1991, and sold the home for $15 million in 1998. The home was originally built in 1939.

The home has 5.8 acres, and has been updated extensively since it was sold by Ivana Trump. The current owners added tennis courts, a 4,000 square foot addition with guest suites, and a lap pool and sauna.

The home includes eight bedrooms, 11.5 baths and 19,773 square feet. The listing describes the property as “one of the most impressive properties” in the country, and sits on a peninsula rimmed by Long Island Sound.

The home came on the market last year, and the listing was updated in July. Tamar Lurie, who is ranked No. 1 among Coldwell Banker agents nationwide, has the listing.
