Palmer Hill Partners, developers of Palmer Hill, a luxury residential community in Stamford, has announced its 100th sale. A steady flow of buyer traffic and sales momentum resulted in 30 home sales totaling more than $20.2 million since the start of 2011.
The private, gated community has entered its Phase III construction of the East Building, which will include 27 garden condominiums in five different floor plans. Residents have access to garage parking for two cars with direct elevator access to each floor. Three-bedroom townhomes, each with a private two-car garage, will also be part of Phase III and will be available for occupancy in 2012.
The development includes a community clubhouse with pool, hot tub and fire pit. A business center with wireless Internet access is also available to residents.
