Church is a multiyear award winning broker with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, a rental and certified relocation specialist, and he has closed more than 100 units this year. With more than 10 years of experience, he has been a top agent since joining the William Pitt Sotheby's office five years ago, and he is No. 7 in the entire company in closed units.

Church manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio, and specializes in high-end listings as well as multifamily developments. He is a preferred relocation broker for companies such as GE, Diageo, Xerox and Nielsen.

As leasing agent for the 63-unit townhouse community, Summerview Square, Church succeeded in establishing a thriving rental market in what had been an abandoned neighborhood on the north side of Norwalk. He was astute in skillfully marketing the one-, two- and three-bedroom townhouses to empty-nesters who were no longer interested in homeownership, and Gen Y execs who wanted the convenience and action of Norwalk living.

Church leased each phase of townhomes within weeks of their release, and Summerview Square consistently outperformed high-rise rental developments throughout Norwalk. “Michael is a dynamo. His enthusiasm in communicating the lifestyle advantages and condo like features Summerview offered, was key to our success and to the recognition we received by the city and our industry,” said Andrew LaSala, Summerview Development Group.

Last June, the Fairfield County Business Journal recognized Church as one of Fairfield County’s best and brightest leaders under the age of 40. Church, 30, was one of the youngest recipients to be honored.
