4-Mile Delays Reported In I-95 Stafford Crash

Four mile delays are being reported following a crash on Interstate 95.

The crash happened on the northbound side of the highway at mile marker 136 in Stafford around 9:35 a.m., at Enon Road, VDOT says.

The north left shoulder is closed. Traffic backups were approximately 4.5 miles as of 9:40 a.m.
