With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sementilli holds detailed knowledge of the Fairfield County housing market.
Having previously served as office manager of a boutique real estate firm in New Canaan, Sementilli went on to become a successful senior sales associate for William Raveis and was a member of the President’s Club.
Her professional specialties include new construction, luxury homes and investment properties in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
Sementilli also served as president of the New Canaan Board of Realtors in 2011, and was the past director of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS.

Sementilli is licensed in both Connecticut and New York.
She currently lives with her husband and three children in Westchester County.
An active participant in the community, Sementilli volunteers at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church in New Canaan as a Confraternity of Christian Doctrine teacher and wedding coordinator.
