Scarsdale High School Gains Spot On Top 25 List

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Having great teachers can make a real difference for high school students getting ready for college, according to the Business Insider.

Scarsdale High School ranked 22nd in the country for having the best teachers and academics, according to Niche, a company researches more than 100,000 each year to come up with their rankings.

And Scarsdale High School is one of the schools that offers just that, great teachers, according to Niche, a company that researches and compiles information across the country for schools with the highest-caliber public school teachers, said Business Insider.

Scarsdale High School ranked 22nd in the list this year, although all 25 schools listed received an "A+" ranking for their teachers. To compile their rankings, Niche researched over 100,000 schools based on 27 million reviews from more than 300,000 students and parents, added the Business Insider.

Here are their stats:

Teacher rating: 94.12.
Student-to-teacher ratio: 12:1.
Academics: A+.
