Mario's Pasta Cucina Serves Up Tasty Italian Fare In Rockland County

STONY POINT, N.Y. - Mario's Pasta Cucina of Stony Point has been a fixture in Rockland County since 2002, serving up - as well as catering - all kinds of amazing Italian food.

"I love the area, it's very nice around here and people are very friendly," owner Mario Espana told Daily Voice during a recent visit. "For us, the thing is - It's all about family here, and everyone is very close. We treat everyone nice and the people are all nice."

When you walk in the door at Mario's, you're immediately greeted by a friendly, smiling face, and a warm and inviting dining area - tastefully decorated for Christmas - and plenty of varied menu choices, including great soups, steaks, pasta and seafood.

"Seafood is probably our most popular," Espana said. "People seem to love it, and keep coming back, and we love to decorate the place every year at Christmas, dress it up nicely. People love the decorations."

Evie and Mark Davis of Thiells are regulars at the restaurant, and explained why.

"We love the salad, we love the service, they treat people well - and the food is very good," Evie Davis said. "The food is consistently good, and at a reasonable price. Their catering is also very good, and the atmosphere is very nice."

Mario's Pasta Cucina is located at 32 S. Liberty Dr. in Stony Point.
