WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident blocked the right lane on a stretch of the Bronx River Parkway in Yonkers on Wednesday morning, resulting in stop-and-go traffic, before being cleared by 8 a.m.

The accident, just south of Wakefield Avenue, was reported at 7:10 a.m.
