Cucumber Bites1 pound organic extra firm tofu, drained1 tablespoon white miso1 teaspoon sesame butter3 cucumbers- sliced into ¼ inch rounds

1. Place all ingredients except for the cucumbers in a blender. Blend until creamy. 2. Arrange cucumber slices on a serving plate. 3. Place a spoonful of tofu cheese mixture on top10 servings
