Klum, 42, is known as the host of "Project Runway" and as a judge on "America's Got Talent."
According to the listing -- which is with Rick Higgins of Higgins Group Real Estate -- the island offers "incredible sunrises and sunsets overlooking the charming village/harbor of Rowayton" and "on a clear night, New York City in a stunning display of all its electric glory can be seen on the horizon."
The 6,000-square-foot main house was built in 1900 and has been recently restored. It offers 360-degree views of Long Island Sound. The island offers, of course, a private beach and a swimming pool.
The price tag includes two boats to carry you to and from the island from Rowayton.
Tavern Island has a colorful history. Showman impresario Billy Rose owned it and entertained such legends as Marilyn Monroe and Barbara Streisand at his legendary parties there.
