Cartus Taps Coldwell Banker In Fairfield County With Platinum Award

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut has been named a Platinum Award winner by the Cartus Broker Network.

The award was presented at the annual Broker Network International Conference held at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, Calif. Cartus is a worldwide leader in employee relocation solutions.

Platinum is the highest level of the Excellence Awards presented to principal brokers. Excellence Award recognition is based on performance results related to a variety of goals, including customer service, cost management, and effective analysis and marketing of homes. Fewer than 26 percent of the Network’s principal brokers achieved Platinum-level recognition for their 2014 performance.

“The Platinum Award has long represented extraordinary accomplishment,” said Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president, Broker Services and Affinity Services. “To earn this distinction, a broker must have successfully demonstrated outstanding performance in the areas of attention to customer needs, understanding of local conditions, and execution of best business practices.

"I’m extremely proud to honor Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut, who has delivered on this goal and produced the very highest levels of results to both its customers and the Cartus Broker Network.”

“Receiving a Platinum Award is a high honor, and we worked hard throughout 2014 to achieve this prestigious recognition,” said Cathleen F. Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.  “We are committed to achieving the best results for Cartus, their clients and transferring employees, as well as our brokerage. I applaud and thank all of our employees and affiliated sales associates for their exemplary efforts.”

Additionally, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was recognized with Five Star Awards from the Cartus Broker Network. The award recognizes brokers who have met or exceeded their individual objectives for out-going broker-to-broker referral closings during the calendar year.

“Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County put extraordinary effort toward not only achieving but also exceeding their objectives for outgoing broker-to-broker referral closings in 2014. This speaks volumes about why our brokers are such highly valued partners: their commitment to our mutual success,” said Pearce. “I’m proud to award this honor to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and we look forward to our continued joint success in the future.”
