A number of Facebook posts congratulate the newly married couple.
According to The Hour, the Rillings told a gathering of friends about the wedding last week at Don Carmelo's Mexican Grill.
"I just announced that Lucia and I had gotten married and that we were very happy and we wanted to share the good news with them," The Hour quoted Rilling as saying. "We had told our families a couple of weeks ago and felt it was something we wanted to announce on our own time."
The wedding was held Nov. 3 in Westport with Norwalk City Clerk Donna I. King, also a justice of the peace, performing the ceremony, The Hour said. They plan to hold a more formal ceremony early next year.
Lucia Rilling, a Stamford resident until recently, works as a certified medical office manager, The Hour said.
