Shaban, a Republican, is challenging Democrat Jim Himes of Greenwich, who represents Connecticut’s 4th District in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he is serving his fourth term.

Shaban's video focuses on teamwork in the country and the world, and returning authority to the state.
