HARTFORD, CT. — Proposed gun-control laws would limit magazines to 10 bullets but allow Connecticut residents who already own them to keep them, the Hartford Courant reports.
The new laws proposed in the wake of the massacre at Newtown's Sandy Hook Elementary School would tighten a ban on semi-automatic weapons, the Courant reported.
