The incident occurred May 2 on High Street in Norwalk, when the unnamed driver was making a delivery. Two women, one of whom was later identified as Tiffany Wills, 32, who lives on High Street, were sitting in a parked car yelling and swearing at each other, according to Norwalk police.

After exiting his truck, the UPS driver asks the women to stop yelling profanities because there are children in the area, a request that apparently set off Wills, police said.

Police said Wills and the driver began yelling at each other. Police said Wills tried to climb into the UPS truck when the driver pushed her off, which is captured on the video posted by a YouTube subscriber named Mike Offit.

The two continued to quarrel, and eventually officers were called to the scene, police said.

According to Lt. Praveen John, the department has received request for information about the incident from a national Internet news company.

Wills was charged with breach of peace and was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Friday.
