Two Sent To Burn Unit After Norwalk Fire Sunday

NORWALK, Conn. – Two men are in critical condition after a house fire on Pettom Road in Norwalk Sunday morning, according to official reports.

Four people were inside the house when the fire was reported at about 5:30 a.m. Sunday. Two managed to escape by jumping out the window, officials said.

The other two men were found inside the house and suffered burns. The two men, both in their 20s, were taken to the Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital Sunday, officials said. Their names have not been released.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Norwalk Fire Marshal’s office.
