NORWALK, Conn. – The Norwalk Police Department promoted two officers and honored two others in a ceremony on Monday.

Jim Mosher and Nate Paulino were promoted from Detective to Sergeant, and Officers Kim Prada and David Busch were named Officers of the Month, receiving the Medal of Honor as well.

Prada and Busch were honored for being able to talk a person down from jumping off a local bridge.
