NORWALK, Conn. – The second burglary this month was reported at the skate park at Norwalk’s Calf Pasture Beach early Monday morning, police said.
An employee at the skate park told police that two skateboards and two decks were stolen from the supply house at the skate park sometime overnight Sunday into Monday, according to police reports. The total value of the items taken was estimated at $450.
A similar burglary was reported at the skate park on Aug. 11. In that case an iHome speaker set and an iPhone charger were taken from the supply house overnight, according to police reports.
Two front windows were found pushed in Monday morning, which investigators believe was the point of entry. Windows were removed in the earlier case as well, police said.
The incidents are still under investigation. Anyone with information can contact the Norwalk Police at 203-854-3000.
