Taco Bell/KFC Manager In Norwalk Charged With Stealing Day's Receipts

NORWALK, Conn. -- Live mas. The former manager of a Taco Bell KFC outlet allegedly didn't deposit one day's worth of receipts back in August, Norwalk police said.

The incident reportedly occurred on Aug. 10, and on Aug. 30 it was reported to police. The manager maintained that she made the deposit of $1,168.98 and provided paperwork for it, but police said the deposit was never made.

Theresa Davis, 38, of 15 Oak Hill St., Stamford was arrested and charged with fourth-degree larceny. Her bond was set at $5,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 10.
