Said Abid, 41, of 11 Dash Place, the Bronx, N.Y., was charged with disorderly conduct.
Officers were called to Curley's Diner at 62 W. Park Place at 5 a.m. on a report of an unruly diner, police said.
When the uniformed officer arrived and suggested to Abid that he leave the establishment, Abid accused the officer of being rude and abusive to him, police said.
He told the officer that he's from Morocco, that he doesn't like the United States and that he would be better off in his own country, according to the police report.
The Bronx, N.Y., man then told the officer to perform an anatomically impossible act before asking the officer for a drive home, police said.
The officer did give the man a ride — to Stamford Police headquarters — where he was charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
