Police: Tools Stolen From East Norwalk Office Building

NORWALK, Conn. – Hundreds of dollars worth of power and hand tools were reported stolen Tuesday from a office/warehouse building on Strawberry Hill Avenue, Norwalk police said.

The tools were inside three vans and a panel truck at the property, which is near Fitch Street. Among the tools stolen were power drills, an impact driver, power saws and various assortments of hand tools.

Police said the rear doors of one of the vans was forced open, but reports did not immediately indicate how the other vehicles were broken into.
